BoysCherries - Ugly Reality

The debate over abortion is often reduced down to the language of "choice" and "rights". To be sure, technical discussion of rights is important. But, in the process, it becomes all too easy to avoid the strong internal repulsion that is universally experienced when looking at the body of an aborted baby.

AveWatch has gone to great trouble to be technically accurate in its account of the help provided by Ave Maria School of Law to a local priest investigated for child pornography. It is true that no criminal charges were filed against Fr. Thomas; the suspected child porn was located in an unallocated sector, which is not prosecutable. But, what was found "preserved" on that computer?... and what does it say of individuals who today persist in maintaining that Fr. Thomas' genuine intention in seeking Ave Maria's help was to preserve information that would establish his innocence?

The following is explicit. Use your own judgement.
The following information was taken from Michigan state police reports; as such, they were available for the Dean's internal investigation. Quotes are indicated with marks.
  • "Several emails were bookmarked as they referenced 'teen' and or 'young' pornography. One of the emails from 'William Thomas' makes reference to a membership to the on-line web site 'Boyscherries.com.'"
  • "The operating systems' registry documented saved passwords from three web sites, 'Boycherries.com,' 'Twinks.com', and '1on1.militaryguy.com.' "
  • "Several Internet web addresses were bookmarked for their content relating to 'teen', 'boy', or 'young' pornography. Some of the web addresses appear to be Internet searches for child pornography. The system's registry also documented the user account of "WIlliam Thomas" Yahoo and Google search history, which contained reference to 'teen' pornography."
  • The following dot-com addresses were found preserved in the Internet history list (partial list): Boymegaplex, Boys3D, Boysextoons, Boysfirsttime, Boysgonebad, Boys-pissing, Boystation, Circlejerkboys, Cutelatinboys, Free-gay-boys, Gaybigco--xxx, Gayfamilyincest, Gaymilitarysex, Gayorgyxxx, Giantgayco--s, Hisfirsthugeco--, Hookedonteens, Hunglikeme, Incestbrothers, Lilboysroom, Ohboys, Streetbaitgalleries, Teenagetwinks, Twinksforcash, XTCmale
  • seven days were documented in which there were "several hours spent online as a member of boyscherries"
  • a visit was made to the "meet a hottie and hook up" page at a "facial" website
Dean Dobranski's internal investigation concluded that AMSL was not obligated to report the help that they provided, through Chaplain Orsi's invitation, to Fr. Thomas. The Dean, along with AMSL's Chairman of the Board, Tom Monghan, appear to stand behind their decision to not report their institution's help to the police - help provided to a priest who spent hours on Boyscherries, a legal member site depicting young-looking men "being violated by men for the first time".
