South Florida's News-Press.com is reporting today that Don Schrotenboer, the director of project development for Tom Monaghan's real estate development Ave Maria Town, has been named vice president of a local real estate consulting group. Schrotenboer had been with Monaghan for the past six years as project manager for Ave Maria University. Many attributed the development's rapid construction progress to Schroetenboer's leadership.
